"The way which people fall into interaction captures me in the way my camera captures my subjects. It is what creates emotion, which, to me, is what makes life so interesting. Having fallen into many intense social situations in my past, I look to reflect the lessons I have learned through my work, both literally and metaphorically. With the embellishment that comes with the process of digital video production, I aim to present my take on life in a way that will either entertain, inform, or both. People experience things in different ways and at different times, but technology has allowed for experiences to be rehashed, reformed, and replayed. I seek to use this digital magic to create unique realities that breed adventures we would never have had otherwise."
Ayro Palpal-latoc began his journey with digital filmmaking in his early years of high school. He took a passion to editing, and having worked on short films such as Dear Abigail, Tacos at Midnight, and Franz, and directed his own films, The Caretaker and Glass Eyes, he hopes to utilize his skills to further his production company.
